Client Background:

Glengara retirement village was designed with luxury and elegance in mind. Evoking the style of a luxury retreat with its beautiful natural surroundings, expansive grounds and deluxe villas, the village is home to a community of like-minded people who maintain active lives and are welcome to be as involved or as private as they choose.

Scope of Work:

SMI were chosen to design, supply and install the green infrastructure in the way of the 17 living walls positioned around the outdoor courtyard, bringing nature in where it had been developed out and allowing the residents to enjoy views of nature from inside and out.
